I just don't have the time right now to work out as much as I should, and it used to show. A friend of mine had tried Akavar and all but insisted that I try it too. I tried Akavar after a couple of my friends had tried and and wouldn't stop talking about it. I started noticing good results after just a couple of weeks. And Akavar didn't make me feel sick to my stomach like Hoodia does. After losing 3 inches from my waist already you can bet that I've become one of those people that won't shut up about Akavar too. I used to work out a ton when I was younger but after having two kids there just isn't time to do it anymore and there is never time to eat right either. SO FAR SO GOOD!! 1 Week and loving it! 5Lbs gone in 5 days with NO JITTERS, NO HUNGER PAINS, NO HEADACHES. It gives me absolutely NO appetite which I love. Don't get me wrong, I eat more now than I did before but am able to do it correctly and healthy. Because I have no "want" for food, the junk food doesn't call my name. I eat less at a time but every 2-3hrs I eat something healthy I like. I am going to add exercise in but HAVE NOT DONE 1 MINUTE OF EXERCISE SO FAR. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! Wendy, TX

As a mother with 2 children, I understand the fact that eating right and exercising doesn't usually have time to fit into the picture. I started using Akavar 20/50 today and I have not felt hungry at all and do not feel dizzy like the other weight loss pills make you feel from not eating enough. I want to lose about 20 lbs and so far it feels like it is in reach. I would recommend Akavar 20/50 to anyone trying to lose weight and not having the time to do it any other way. I have just started taking Akavar 20/50 today!! I took one pill before lunch and another before dinner....started by only taking one at a time to make sure I wouldn't have any side effects like jitters, etc. I felt fantastic!! I had taken the day off work to lounge (lol) and decided to take the pills....then I spent the day cleaning my house from the baseboards up!! lol. no lounging here! fantastic level of energy, no negative side effects whatsoever! I think tomorrow I'll take two pills twice a day and everyday until the bottles gone. I hope they work as good as they say. I want to look good when I go to cuba in the spring. wish me luck! Ive tried everything from stacker 2 to hoodia to trim spa and nothing does it but akavar. I love it, im looking to loose about 30 pounds and after 3 days im already down 5 pounds. i love it, and i would recomend it to anyone! Caitlin, NY

I just bought it yesterday and did 2 pills before lunch and 2 before dinner. Everyone is right, I had a lot of energy BUT, as the bottle says, I do recommend that you minimize the caffeine. So, the miracle is, between yesterday morning and this morning, I have lost 2 pounds. I don't know if this is luck or the real deal but I'll keep posting my progress. POSTS, DC

I have just started using akavar and I am having great results with it. It also gives me a great energy boost and I have lost 8 pounds since using the weight loss pill. I have not had any side effects to happen either and I would recommend this product. Nikki, AL

I just bought Akavar today and took only one pill before I ate lunch. I can tell I have a bit more energy then usual. I really hope this works because I am getting married in 4 months and need to loose about 15-20lbs to feel good about myself. So heres hoping! This product sucks! I have the shakes, I feel dizzy, When i burp i see powder and the taste that comes up is disgusting. It makes me feel like i am unsettled. These are going back to the store! dj, NY

I started on Tuesday, today is Thursday and I have lost 4 pounds already....but the thing is, I felt a lot of energy on Tuesday and early Wednesday but now I don't feel the same energy as the first day...How could that be posible?? Now I changed the way I use it, now I'm having one for breakfast, two for lunch and the other one for dinner (4 a day as the bottle say)...let's see if it works now....I also feel thirsty all the time even when I dring a lot (and I mean it!!!) of water... jj, NY

I just started taking Avakar this morning. i have reently lost 25 pounds with phentermine, but I have gained a tolerence for it and it is no longer working. I still have about 2o pounds to lose. As of today I am about 134 pounds. My goal weight is between 110 and 115. I will post again next wednesday to let everyone know my progress. Jessica, GA

I have been taking Akavar for two days now and it has boosted my energy a little bit- However the down side is if I eat something that the pills don't agree with I get stomach pains and have to go to the bathroom its not extreme like Xenical or ALLI it just makes you more cautious of the things you eat even though the bottle states that you can eat the same and still lose I haven't seen if I lost anything yet as it is too early but if after a week I don't see results i will take them back to GNC and get my refund. I typically eat correctly so I didn't think after eatting grilled chicken and peas yesterday there would be a problem or a sandwich for lunch.. 5 more days left to see if they are worth it Shantelle, GA

i've been taking akavar for two days now(only 2 a day) and im not sure how i feel about it yet. i looked it up on line refering to different diet pills and research done on them and they really didnt have anything good to say about akavar and they brought it to my attention that there is no contact number or address for the company and it is currently under investigation. but i do notice high energy boost along with headaches and some nervousness. i think imah let nature take its course with diet and exercise. hermajesty, VA

Today is Monday, and i started Friday. I havent dropped a pound as of yet. I am still hopeful...i will give it at leaset two weeks before i give up on it. i started takin akavar today i took 2 pills in the morning and 2 at dinner i jus feel a tad bit dizzy. i do have energy though. i want to lose 30 lbs so i hope it do work. to avoid the little dizziness im goin to start takin 1 at breakfast 1 at lunch and 2 for dinner. i will keep my progress posted. need2lose, NY
